 As far as culinary feuds go, none are as passionate and enduring as the ongoing debate over who reigns supreme in the realm of Jollof rice: Ghana or Nigeria. While each country boasts its own unique blend of spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques, enthusiasts on both sides fervently defend their nation's version as the ultimate expression of flavor and tradition.

What is Jollof
